Apparently J R R Tolkien did not like the Black Speech, finding it vulgar and distasteful. This perhaps we can see in that he wrote very little of it - the inscription on The Ring, and the short sentence spoken by Grishnákh in The Two Towers are virtually the only phrases of the tongue we find in all of Tolkien's work.
According to Tolkien, he once received a goblet from a fan with the Ring inscription on it in Black Speech, and, finding it distasteful, used it only as an ashtray!
